AI reporting
A plain-English report on your marketing every week, written by AI from your GA4, store, email and ad data and checked by me. What changed, why it changed, and the three things to do this week. Plus a same-day alert when something breaks.
Plenty of data.Not enough answers.
Most founders have dashboards in five places and no time to read them. Problems such as a broken pixel, a paused listing or a campaign burning budget get spotted weeks late.
Weekly summary
Revenue, spend, return and conversion by channel against last week and target, in plain English, with three clear actions for the week.
Anomaly alerts
A short message when spend, cost per sale or return on ad spend moves outside the range you set, with the likely cause and what to check.
Deeper review
Trends, what worked and what did not, and where to move budget next month, reviewed together on a short call.
What lands inyour inbox.
A one-screen summary you can read on your phone before your first meeting. Figures here are illustrative.
Week to Sunday: revenue up, Meta costs rising
| Revenue | +12% vs last week |
| Return on ad spend | 3.4 (target 3.0) |
| Meta cost per purchase | +28% |
| Email revenue share | 24% |
- Refresh the two Meta ads running longest; frequency is above 4.
- Move 15% of Meta budget to the Google brand campaign, which is limited by budget.
- Resend Friday's campaign to non-openers on Tuesday.
Set up once,useful every week.
Four steps over two to three weeks, then a report every Monday.
Connect
Read-only access to GA4, your store, email platform and ad accounts. Nothing is changed in any of them.
Set the targets
We agree the numbers that matter, your targets, and the ranges that should trigger an alert.
Build and test
I build the report and alerts, run them against recent weeks and check every figure against the source.
Every Monday
The report arrives by email or Slack. I review the trend monthly and adjust what it watches.
Already runningfor clients.
I send a weekly AI-written KPI report to a subscription app client, and run daily checks across a portfolio of Amazon Ads accounts for authors, flagging overspend, stalled campaigns and spend without sales the day it happens.
It is the same setup I use to run my own business, which is why I can look after more clients without things slipping.
Fixed setup,simple monthly.
Agreed before we start. You keep the report, prompts and documentation.

Goodquestions.
What data do you need?
Read-only access to the sources you want covered, usually GA4, your ecommerce platform, your email platform and your ad accounts. Nothing is changed in any of them.
Is an AI-written report accurate?
The figures come straight from your platforms, not from the AI. The AI writes the summary and suggests actions, and every report is tested against the source data before it goes live, then reviewed by me on the managed option.
Which tools does it work with?
Most common platforms, including GA4, Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Reports can arrive by email or Slack.
How is this different from a dashboard?
A dashboard shows you numbers and waits for you to look. This tells you what changed, why, and what to do, and messages you when something goes wrong.
