Growth marketing audit

Find what'sholding growth back.

A fixed-fee review of your marketing, from tracking and paid ads to your website, email and search. You get a clear picture of what is working, what is wasting money and a prioritised plan for the next 90 days.

What it covers

Every channel,one system.

I look at your marketing as one joined-up system, because money wasted in one channel usually shows up as a problem in another.

FAQ

Goodquestions.

How long does the audit take?

Usually two to three weeks from the day I have access to your accounts and data, depending on how many channels you run.

How much does it cost?

The audit is a fixed fee, agreed before we start and based on the size of your business and the channels in scope. No day rates and no surprises.

What access do you need?

Read access to your analytics (such as GA4), ad accounts, ecommerce or website platform and email tool, plus a short questionnaire and your recent numbers. Nothing is changed during the audit.

Do I have to sign up for a retainer afterwards?

No. The roadmap is yours to keep and run however you like. Some clients run it in-house, some ask me to deliver a launch project, and some move to a fractional CMO retainer.

Is it only for ecommerce brands?

No. It works for D2C and ecommerce brands, startups, service businesses and authors with a business behind their book. The areas I focus on change with your model.

Ready to seewhat's working?

Tell me about your business and what you want to fix. I will tell you whether an audit is the right first step.
